Member-exclusive materials, online courses, downloadable resources, recordings, publications, and educational content are licensed solely for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, published, or sold without prior written permission.

Volunteer Applications
Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer.
Volunteer service may be contingent upon:
  • Successful completion of a criminal background screening;
  • Obtaining and maintaining a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card when required by the volunteer position, funding requirements, applicable law, contract requirements, insurance requirements, or organizational policy;
  • Completion of required orientation and training; and
  • Compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

Employment Applications
Submission of an employment application does not constitute an offer of employment.
Employment with The Arc of Arizona may be contingent upon:
  • Successful completion of a criminal background screening;
  • Obtaining and maintaining a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card when required by the position, funding requirements, applicable law, contract requirements, insurance requirements, or organizational policy;
  • Verification of employment eligibility and qualifications; and
  • Compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

User Content
If you submit comments, testimonials, photographs, videos, stories, survey responses, forms, or other materials, you represent that:
  • You have the legal right to submit the material.
  • The material does not violate another person’s rights.
  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
